Additionally, Matira collaborates with organizations like the Peregrine Fund to support the conservation of birds of prey, particularly vultures, which play a crucial role in the ecosystem.

The camp contributes to educational initiatives, such as funding and sponsorship for Maasai children at the Enkiteng Lepa all-day school in Tepeshua, Molibany School, Talek clinic and focusing on education and water supply. Today, Matira Bush Camp offers guests an intimate eco-camp experience with 16 tastefully furnished tents, each carefully placed for maximum privacy and in harmony with the surrounding nature.
